Flat Drinks
Possible fault | Solution |
CO2 cylinder valve closed CO2 pressure low / empty Drinks too warm |
Open the CO2 cylinder valve Change the CO2 cylinder Ensure unit is 'ON' and clean refrigerator condenser grill |
Too Weak or Strong
Possible fault | Solution |
CO2 cylinder valve closed CO2 pressure low / empty Dispense valve out of adjustment |
Open the CO2 cylinder valve Change the CO2 cylinder Call the customer service number for an engineer |
Over Foaming
Possible fault | Solution |
Dirty nozzle / diffuser Drinks too warm |
Clean the dispense nozzle / diffuser Ensure unit is 'ON' and clean refrigerator condenser grill |
Flavour Strength (no syrup)
Possible fault | Solution |
Empty bag-in-box (BIB) Line obstruction (eg. kinked) Faulty change-over valve CO2 cylinder low/empty or valve closed Faulty syrup pump |
Replace empty BIB with a fresh BIB of the same flavour Free lines of any restriction Manually switch change-over valve to full BIB Change CO2 cylinder or open valve Call the customer service number for an engineer |
Flavour Strength (no water)
Possible fault | Solution |
CO2 cylinder low/empty or valve closed Water off Reset button tripped |
Change CO2 cylinder or open valve Open the main water cock stop (follow blue line from carbonator/machine) Follow reset instructions located on the cooler or carbonator |
Off Taste
Possible fault | Solution |
Dirty nozzle / diffuser Dirty product line Wrong flavour connected to the product line |
Clean the dispense nozzle / diffuser Call the customer service number for an engineer Connect syrup line to correct flavour and open dispense valve until rectified |
Warm Drinks
Possible fault | Solution |
Refrigeration unit not working Insufficient airflow through condenser Grill obstruction Reset button tripped |
Check the main power supply is 'ON' Clean cooler condenser grill Remove any objects blocking air to or from the refrigeration unit Follow reset instructions located on the cooler |
